Meet Miss Dana!

Dana Bojarski began dancing at the age of five at Images In Dance. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from SUNY Buffalo with a Bachelor of Arts in Dance and Communication and was awarded the Dean’s Outstanding Senior award for the department of Communication. Dana has performed in and choreographed pieces for several dance concerts at SUNY Buffalo, attended the American College Dance Festival, and has danced in Poland at an international dance festival with Evolution Dance Company. Dana is also an Adjunct Dance Professor at UB, a certified Pure Barre instructor, and a Project Manager/Marketing Assistant at DanceFit Marketing. Meet Miss Sam!

Sam Lapham has been dancing with Tonawanda Dance Arts for many years, and was a member of the Intensive Team during her time as a student at the dance studio. Sam has attended a number of competitions and conventions during her time as a student. Sam currently continues her dance education through the Dance Masters of America's Teachers Training School and has completed Level IV of the program. Along with teaching dance, Miss Sam also works for Wegmans Food Markets!

Meet Miss Crystal!

Crystal Schenider began dancing at Tonawanda Dance Arts at the age of four. She enjoyed dancing competitively at a member of the Intensive Team, as well as being an Assistant Instructor. Crystal is currently attending Niagara Univeristy, where she is studying Nursing. She one day plans to achieve a graduate degree in Nursing. Crystal is excited to be a part of the Tonawanda Dance Arts staff an and work with all of their talented students!

Meet Miss Bree!

Bree Knight began dancing at a very young age and brings many years of teaching experience with her to Tonawanda Dance Arts. Bree has studied with various dance teachers from the University at Buffalo and continues to attend master classes from well renowned teachers in the area. Bree holds a Masters degree in Special Education and is a Special Education teacher for the Tonawanda School District. She has completed Level I of the Dance Masters of America's Teachers Training School. In her spare time, Bree enjoys spending time with her family and vacationing at Walt Disney World!

Meet Miss Tammy!

Tammy Sheehan has been dancing since the age of six at Carol Joys School of Dance. She continued to dance and compete at a national level for 20 years, training extensively in acrobatics. Tammy is a graduate of Buffalo Academy Visual & Performing Arts where she received her dance degree. She has also volunteered her time for a couple years coaching for BRLLF. Tammy's love for teaching began at a young age and she enjoys watching the students grow and learn as dancers. Dance is not only fun but has also helped Tammy build self-confidence and discipline in everyday life, which she is eager to pass that along to her students.

Meet Miss Courtney!

Courtney Coffey grew up dancing at Dance Spectrum since the age of three. She has advanced experience with all styles of dance and has competed in many regional and national competitions. Courtney has studied under many well renowned choreographers from various parts of the country over the course of her dance career. She has also performed on America’s Got Talent during the 2014 season. In addition to teaching and choreographing dance, Courtney attends the University at Buffalo pursuing a career in the medical field. Meet Miss Miranda!

Miranda Zimmerman graduated from the University at Buffalo with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance. While there, she was a member of Zodiaque Dance Company and was named Director of Dancers Workshop. Miranda has been a member of Mone Dance Company, has taught for Dance Educators of America’s National Finals and at Dance Masters of Americas Student Honors Intensive Program, as well as assisted at the Dance Masters of America’s Teachers Training School and SHIP. Miranda is currently a judge for Platinum National Dance Competition. She has also choreographed for Infinity Pre-Professional Dance Project. Whitney Zimmermann began dancing at Tonawanda Dance Arts at the age of two. She has been an Assistant Instructor for over six years and is a past member of the Intensive Team. Whitney is currently attending the Univeristy at Buffalo where she is pursuing a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Dance. During her time at UB, she has participated as a member of Dancers Workshop. Whitney has also completed Level I of Dance Masters of America’s Teachers Training School. Whitney is excited to share her love of dance with the students at Tonawanda Dance Arts!
