Her hardworking nature and determination to never give up inspires those around her, and she consistently demonstrates leadership by jumping in to help whenever needed. Maggie works seamlessly with others, and her love for being in the dance studio is evident in everything she does. She excels in working with children, showing both kindness and respect, and her always-present smile creates an uplifting atmosphere for everyone. A true team player, Maggie exemplifies the values of positivity, teamwork, and respect, making her a deserving recipient of this award.

I chose Fiona because she embodies the values of hard work, kindness, and leadership, both on and off the dance floor. From the moment she steps into the studio, Fiona consistently demonstrates a positive attitude, bringing energy and enthusiasm that motivates her team and the students she assists. Whether it’s assisting young dancers with choreography, offering support during stressful moments, or simply offering a word of encouragement, Fiona shows a level of kindness that makes everyone feel valued and respected. In every way, Fiona is a role model. Fiona influences others to do good and serve as a shining example of how hard work, positivity, and kindness can lead to success and fulfillment, both personally and as a team.

ALLISON SZEWCZYK
Nominated by Miss Miranda
Allison sets the tone for hard work in all her classes. She comes prepared, she is so helpful to all her teammates, she continuously cheers on her friends, and she is always ready to learn more. This year she set a lot of big goals that she was really willing to work hard to achieve. She implemented what she learned both in and out of the studio. She walks into class ready to work with a smile on her face and is becoming a leader to younger dancers in her first year as LIT. I have enjoyed watching her grow this year and have loved seeing her learn new things, find her dancer voice, and shine in different areas as a dancer. I can’t wait to see where she goes from here! Little voices can say the biggest things!

BRYNN GALLEY
Nominated by Miss Lauren
There has never been a time where Brynn has entered the studio and hasn’t said hello to us working at the front desk or said thank you to a friend or teacher after someone has helped her. She is always just so grateful to be at the studio. I can see her eagerness in the opportunity to challenge herself as a dancer and human being but also excited at the opportunity to eventually become a Leader in Training to help guide our younger dancers to success. She brings this sweet, gentle energy to the classroom but also has the grit and eagerness to indulge in her passion. Every experience I have with Brynn makes me want to be a better teacher and I use her as a reminder that what we have the power to do is so special. I always say to the students it’s one thing to be a great dancer but to be a great human being that people want to work with and that people respect will always take you the farthest. She is a joy to have in class and always gives me the sweetest hugs. Keep pushing yourself past your own limits, Brynn!

ALYSSA ADAIR
Nominated by Miss Marissa
Alyssa always comes into the studio and always says “Hello!” and asks how your day is. She is always respectful to not only the teachers but also the students. She has a passion for dance and helping the younger students. She is always positive and makes you laugh. I am proud of the role model that you are! Congratulations!

It has been so much fun working with Blake and watching her grow! I’m so proud of you!

Although this is only her first year dancing, Eden exemplifies what it means to be a kind and respectful classmate and an excellent leader. She always comes into the studio eager to learn more, and her genuine love for dance shines through in her attentiveness to even the smallest details in class. She is a great friend and incredibly kind to all of her classmates, and never fails to take a moment to stop at the end of class and say thank you to me and our LITs before she leaves. I’m so proud of her and all of her hard work and growth this year, and I’m so glad I’ve had the opportunity to teach her!

GIANNA NOETZEL
Nominated by Miss Whitney
I chose Gianna because as I read through all the qualities that a dancer should have to receive this award, she checks every single box. She is always walking into the studio with a positive attitude no matter what kind of day she had before arriving. She shows true gratitude for her studio, teachers, teammates, and is an incredible role model to all the dancers around her no matter if they are younger or older than she is. She is not afraid to take the lead in a situation and always leads with what she feels is right, no matter the opinions surrounding her. She is inspiring everyone around her in more ways than one, including her teachers. Even though she is an incredibly talented dancer, it is evident that it is about more than just the steps for her. She is aware of how much dance can positively affect people’s lives and is always spreading the joy of dance with the people around her.

Elliot has shown tremendous growth this past year. She displays a great curiosity to learn and has the drive and determination to strengthen her technique. She takes every correction and uses feedback as an opportunity to grow. Elliot is such a sweet student and always encourages her classmates.
