Dancer Of The Month: April 2026

Welcome to our "Dancer of the Month" spotlight, a special space where we celebrate the unique talents, hard work, and vibrant personalities of our studio’s dancers! Each month, our teachers select one dancer from their classes who embodies the values of dedication, positivity, and a love for dance. From our smallest beginners to our advanced performers, these dancers light up the studio with their passion and inspire their classmates. This month, our teachers have shared a few words about each of these incredible students and why they chose them for this honor. Let’s dive into the stories behind these standout dancers and discover what makes each of them shine!

Audriana Graf

Audriana was chosen by Miss Tammy. She is 13 years old and is on the Senior Intensive Team and Senior/Teen Acro Team!

"Audriana has shown incredible growth and consistently in pushing herself and embracing every challenge that comes her way. She is always eager to learn, asks what she can do to improve and never shies away from the hard skills. She has shown initiative and dedication in becoming a stronger leader in training. With her strong work ethic and supportive attitude, she is an amazing teammate and a wonderful role model in the studio." - Miss Tammy

Alina Bova

Alina was chosen by Miss Sam. She is 5 years old and takes Kidance Ballet, Acro and Hip Hop!

"Alina brings so much joy to my Tuesdays! She walks into every class with the biggest smile, a positive attitude, and a true eagerness to learn. This year, she faced some challenges with certain Acro skills, but what stood out most was her determination and perseverance. Alina never gave up— she continued to push herself, stayed focused, and put in the hard work needed to improve. After February break, she came back stronger than ever and absolutely crushed her goals. Watching her growth, both in skill and confidence, has been so rewarding. I am beyond proud of you, Alina. Keep shining and believing in yourself!" - Miss Sam

Adeline Leon

Adeline was chosen by Miss Whitney. She is 3 years old and takes Boppin' Kids Ballet!

"Adeline comes into class every week so excited and happy to be there! When we first started class in September she was very nervous about trying something new, but I am so proud of how brave she was to come back every class. She now comes in right away, eager to try new things and excited to tell me her stories! I'm so proud of how far you've come in such a short time Addie! Keep smiling!!" - Miss Whitney

Kylie Pecoraro

Kylie was chosen by Miss Miranda. She is 15 years old and is on the Senior Intensive Team!

"Kylie continues to grow exponentially both as a person and a dancer each year. Her ability to shine on stage and her ability to always put her best foot forward in the classroom gives her the opportunity to inspire her peers. She is continuously working hard, showing respect, giving support, and has become such a strong storyteller and powerful presence! Beyond proud of you, Ky!" - Miss Miranda

Zoey Royer

Zoey was chosen by Miss Lauren. She is 8 years old and is on the Petite Intensive Team!

"I am extremely proud of Zoey's growth this season. She always comes into class ready to learn and grow. She is respectful to her teachers and peers and always shows up prepared. She has come out of her shell this season and is continuing to blossom and flourish into an amazing little dancer and lovely human being. I am so proud of you, Zoey!" - Miss Lauren

Is'land Scaife

Is'land was chosen by Miss Ginger. She is 7 years old and takes Kidance Ballet and Hip Hop!

"Is'land always comes into Ballet with such a fun, positive attitude! She is always ready to dance, work hard and have fun. She thrived learning our recital dance and always remembers her steps. Plus, Is'land loves helping her classmates! I have seen so much growth in her this year and I can't wait to continue to watch her grow and enjoy dancing! So proud of you, Is'land!" - Miss Ginger

Maddison Kieta

Maddison was chosen by Miss Marissa. She is 5 years old and takes Boppin' Kids Ballet and Tap!

"Maddison joined our class a little later in the season but you would never know! She has caught on so quickly and it's been awesome watching her blossom! Maddison comes to class every week with the biggest smile on her face and really enjoys dance class. She is also a great listener. I'm so proud of you, Maddison!" - Miss Marissa

Leona Yax

Leona was chosen by Miss Brooke. She is 5 years old and takes Boppin' Kids Ballet!

"Every time I see Leona she is so happy to be at dance! She is an excellent listener and follows directions the first time. She is a role model in our classroom of what it looks like to try your best and be a great friend! I'm so grateful for Leona's hard work and growing confidence. Sarah Blass

Sarah was chosen by Miss Kayleen. She is 8 years old and takes Kids-In-Motion Acro and Ballet!

"Sarah loves to share everything she has been practicing at home when she comes into class each week! She is so determined to continue to grow her Acro skills and it shows! Thea Wright

Thea was chosen by Miss Erin M. She is 6 years old and takes Kidance Ballet and Tap!

"Thea is always the first one in class and ready to go. Thea may be quiet but her moves are mighty! Thea is an amazing listener and always gives it 110%! Being around Thea is truly a pleasure and I've loved watching her grow this season. So proud of you, Thea!" - Miss Erin M.

Jameson Shapiro

Jameson was chosen by Miss Erin G. He is 10 years old and takes Kids-In-Motion Hip Hop!

"Jameson joined our Hip Hop class part way through the season. I love the energy and personality he brings to the classroom each week. His energy shines from the inside out! He's always seeking ways to improve in class, especially learning our recital choreography. He masters the free dance circle with such confidence & style. I'm excited to see Jameson dive deeper into other dance styles in the coming years! I'm so proud of your progress in your first season!" - Miss Erin G.

Taylor Maas

Taylor was chosen by Miss Shannon. She is 7 years old and is on the Petite Acro Team!

"I am so proud of Taylor! She has improved so much this year. Taylor always comes ready to work and in proper attire. She has a great attitude and never gives up! It has been a pleasure to watch Taylor grow into a beautiful ballerina!" - Miss Shannon

Avery Reeves

Avery was chosen by Miss Grace. She is 10 years old and is on the Junior I Intensive Team and Mini Acro Team!

"Avery comes to class every week ready to learn! I have seen this fire within her recently that is so exciting. Avery has such a unique way of moving that makes her stand out in a room. Her passion shines bright and it motivates all her classmates... and me! I am so proud of Avery and all of her hard work and growth this season." - Miss Grace

Averi Richardson

Averi was chosen by Mr Nathan. She is 14 years old and is on the Junior I Intensive Team!

Miabella Hunter

Miabella was chosen by Miss Ashlyn. She is 2 years old and takes Boppin' Tots!

"Miabella joined our dance class a bit further into our season, and has been such an amazing addition to our classroom! She is kind to her friends, patient and always has a smile on her face! Miabella is always ready to dance, groove and learn new things!! She is growing every week as a dancer and a friend, and is ready to take the stage soon! Ariella Figueroa-Velez

Ariella was chosen by Miss Thea. She is 5 years old and takes Kidance Cheer Dance and Ballet!
