Welcome to our "Dancer of the Month" spotlight, a special space where we celebrate the unique talents, hard work, and vibrant personalities of our studio’s dancers! Each month, our teachers select one dancer from their classes who embodies the values of dedication, positivity, and a love for dance. From our smallest beginners to our advanced performers, these dancers light up the studio with their passion and inspire their classmates. This month, our teachers have shared a few words about each of these incredible students and why they chose them for this honor. Let’s dive into the stories behind these standout dancers and discover what makes each of them shine!

Avery Reeves

Avery was chosen by Miss Tammy. She is 11 years old and is on the Junior I Intensive Team and Junior Acro Team!

"Avery had an amazing summer filled with confidence, learning, and growth! She has stepped into our new season fully locked in and eager to challenge herself, try new skills, and keep pushing herself forward. It has been such a joy to watch Avery’s growth, both as a dancer and as a person. I am so proud of the confidence she is building and the dedication she is bringing into this season." - Miss Tammy

Mirella Trabucco

Mirella was chosen by Miss Sam. She is 6 years old and takes Kidance Tap & Ballet!

"Mirella has really blossomed in tap and ballet since last season. Mirella identifies steps by the correct name and can demonstrate them correctly. I'm so excited what the year has in store for her. Keep up the great work Mirella!" - Miss Sam

Cora Wangelin

Cora was chosen by Miss Whitney. She is 11 years old and takes Kids-In-Motion Ballet and Tap!

"I am so excited to be one of Cora's dance teachers this season. I had the pleasure of teaching her many seasons ago and it's so amazing to see how much growth she's had in those years! Cora comes into class with a smile and is always in proper dress code. Every time she is given a correction she applies it and I can tell she's really working hard throughout the entire class. I look forward to a great season full of even more growth and a whole bunch of smiles! I'm so proud of you, Cora!" - Miss Whitney

Gracie Clements

Gracie was chosen by Miss Miranda. She is 12 years old and is on the Junior II Intensive Team and Senior Acro Team!

"Gracie comes in every class ready to work, improve, and with contagious energy. The ability she has to listen to corrections, apply feedback, and support her teammates is an amazing quality. Her love of dance is always felt and she lights up the room when she comes into class! Keep working hard, trusting yourself, and setting those incredible goals! Emilee Shaffer

Emilee was chosen by Miss Lauren. She is 12 years old and takes Intermediate/Advanced Jazz!

"Emilee is having a great start to the new season! She jumped into a Leader in Training role and also moved up to Intermediate/Advanced Jazz this year. I was very impressed with how quickly she learned the new material in class! She has also been such a help in the classes she assists me with. She takes initiative and asks all the right questions. It's clear she is a natural leader. Keep up the amazing work, Emilee! So proud of you!" - Miss Lauren

Kiera Castro

Kiera was chosen by Miss Ginger. She is 12 years old and is on the Junior I Intensive Team!

"Kiera is turning into such a strong, independent dancer. She is very responsible, stays on top of her schedule, and all the incredible activities she's involved with! Kiera is always prepared, ready to learn and knows how to finish my sentences. I can't wait to watch you grow this year... your discipline and passion will take you far! Alina Caruana

Alina was chosen by Miss Marissa. She is 2 years old and takes Boppin' Kids Ballet and Tumble!

"It has been great getting to know Alina! She walks into class with a smile, participates throughout the entire class, is a good listener and has a fun time! I can't wait to watch her blossom this year. Great job, Alina!" - Miss Marissa

Charlotte Collins

Charlotte was chosen by Miss Brooke. She is 7 years old and takes Kidance Tap, Ballet, Acro and Cheer!

"Charlotte always comes into dance with a smile, her joy is infectious! She is a super hard worker and a great listener. I'm excited to see all that she accomplishes this season. Keep up the great work, Charlotte!" - Miss Brooke

Madison Nolan

Madison was chosen by Miss Kayleen. She is 8 years old and takes Kidance Acro and Cheer!

"Madison has had a wonderful start to the season in Acro! She has been an amazing leader and is so hardworking and determined. I look forward to an amazing year with Madison! I'm so proud of you!" - Miss Kayleen

Elizabeth "Ellie" Howell-Orego

Ellie was chosen by Miss Erin M. She is 2 years old and takes Boppin' Tots!

"Ellie might be a tot but she is strong and mighty! Ellie has already come out of her shell so much this season and grown since starting with us this summer. Ellie has been very brave and ready to try new things! I can't wait to see all of the things she accomplishes this year!" - Miss Erin M.

Ada Wolak

Ada was chosen by Miss Erin G. She is 3 years old and takes Boppin' Kids Ballet and Tumble!

"Ada comes to class each week with so much energy & willingness to learn! Her excitement for class time is definitely contagious. I can't wait to see how Ada progresses this year in her first year of Ballet! Keep up the good work, Ada!" - Miss Erin G.

Isabel Ruiz

Isabel was chosen by Miss Shannon. She is 10 years old and is on the Mini II Intensive Team!

"Isabel showed up on the first day ready to work! She had her bun in, was in full dress code, and danced her heart out! She gave full effort, asked questions and ignored distractions. Isabel is the epitome of a ballerina and exemplifies characteristics consistent with success!" - Miss Shannon

Penelope McCadden

Penny was chosen by Miss Jessamy. She is 8 years old and is on the Tiny II Intensive Team and Tiny Acro Team!
